One week to go. I can't believe this is my last full week as a missionary. The emotions are all over the place, thats for sure! I feel a little emotionally unstable right now to be honest, haha. We had a good week last week.
Zone Conference
I had my last Zone Conference this past week, which was pretty weird. It was good though. Although I knew I had to give my departing testimony so I was thinking about that pretty much the whole time. I started crying before I even got up to give it haha. I basically talked about remembering when I got my mission call. I was really stressed haha I drove over to my friends McKenzie and McKell's house to open it. I called up my parents to wake them up and have them get on skype. I was bawling. McKenzie and McKell were trying to comfort me. They told me that I would feel peace once I knew where I was going. I pulled myself together and opened it. I remember seeing an "H" and immediately thought it was Honduras because I spoke Spanish. But I started reading and read "Hungary Budapest Mission." That was such a surprise! But as soon as I read it and knew where I was going, I did feel that peace that my friends were talking about. It took me a little while to decide to come on a mission (a few years ;)). But I know that I was supposed to come to Hungary at this time. I have no doubt about that. This has been the hardest thing I have ever done. But it has also been the most rewarding thing I have ever done. I wouldn't trade it for anything. This is the best work anyone can do. As excited as I am to come home and see family and friends, I am so sad to leave this country and the people here! Its been a great 18 months!
Meet the Mormons
I finally got to see Meet the Mormons! Well...almost all of it. The Zone Leaders came for splits with the elders this past week and got permission to let us all watch it. Sadly though, it got too late and we didn't get to finish it. It was so good. Totally had me in tears haha I for sure will have to watch the whole thing when I get home!
Church
So this week we had three investigators in church!! Marcsi, who is the young girl that we meet with came. She stayed all three hours and loved it! :) Then this lady in the branch brought her friend. The member invited us over for lunch this week and invited her friend too who will be there. We gave her a Book of Mormon and got to know her a little so lunch should be fun! :) And the third person who came was Oliver (the kid we play soccer with)! He comes to like everything now. I've been joking with him for a few weeks that he needs to com to church. He always said he would come if he woke up ;) So on Saturday, I told him I could call him in the morning to help him wake up ;) haha i was partially joking but he said okay! So Sunday morning, I called him and he answered and said he was coming! It was the best thing ever to see him walking up to church! :)
Well...this is it. I'll probably send one more quick email next week but then I'm home. So weird. I hope you all have a great week! Thank you all for the love, prayers and support. Its greatly appreciated! :)
