Hi Everyone!

Well...the countdown continues. Just 2 weeks left and I can't believe it. We had a good week here though!

Young Womens
So we taught Young Women's yesterday! I'm not going to lie...I love going to Young Women's every week here haha Relief Society is great but its so fun to have a change and go be with the young girls every week. We taught about fasting which is a topic I love. I hate fasting haha hardest thing for me to do. But because it's so hard for me, I have seen so many blessings come from it. I wasn't a great faster before my mission. But fasting on my mission, I have seen so many miracles. Especially when my companion and I were fasting for other people or for one purpose. So it was a fun topic to teach about, especially in with the Young Women! There are technically 3 Young Women in the ward but only two come regularly. So we had those to, plus our investigator Marcsi so ti was a fun little group! :)

Gizi Néni
So there is an old lady in our branch who almost a year ago had a stroke. Apparently, she had been super active and everything before her stroke. Now she is in a wheel chair and has a hard time speaking and I think one of her arms is paralyzed? I'm not totally sure. We have wanted to go and visit her but her phone number doesn't work and we had been told her daughter who lives with her and takes care of her didn't want people coming over anymore. But we were walking to go tracting on Friday morning and we walked past a building and saw her sitting outside! We ran over to chat with her and her daughter. She is so cute her face just lit up and she held her hand out to ours! Her daughter was there too and was actually super nice! We sat and chatted for a little bit and she was just like, "you guys can come over whenever to visit!" So we set up to go the next morning and visit her. It was such a good visit. Her face just lit up when we walked int he room. She showed us a bunch of pictures of past missionaries that had taught her that I knew. Then we read some of her favorite verses from the Book of Mormon out loud to her. We read Alma 7:11-12 about the Atonement and she just started crying. It was amazing how I had hardly spent any time with this woman and I just felt so much love for her! She could hardly even speak to us and when she tired she didn't know how to say things. It was just so nice to be able to spend time with her and help brighten her day a little. Love that lady!!

P-Day Adventure Park
This morning we went to an Adventure Park for pday. It was so much fun! We did this 1km zip line that was sick. Then, Sister Smith and I went to do this bungee trampoline thing. It was fun but pretty uncomfortable haha so we didn't last that long. As we were getting off, the guy that was helping us asked us if we were going to go and do bob sledding. We told him no because we didn't have that much money. As I got off the trampoline he handed me two of our tickets back and said, "here is one for each of you! Go and try the bob sledding!" I couldn't believe how freaking nice he was! So we go to go and do some bob sledding for free and it was SO much fun! Will definitely be feeling tired and sore tomorrow.

Well that's about it for the week. Time is running out pretty quickly here. Which is the weirdest feeling. Hope you all have a great week! :)
